Ask us directly
Does Texas Solutions provide the dispatch service directly?+

Yes. Texas Solutions provides truck dispatch services directly to carriers that sign a Texas Solutions dispatch agreement. Your application is not sold as a lead to outside lead buyers.

How is the dispatch fee charged?+

Dispatch service is percentage-based according to your signed agreement. There is no setup fee and no monthly subscription.

Are there upfront costs?+

No Texas Solutions dispatch fee is charged upfront. Applicable service terms are explained before you enter a paid dispatch relationship.

Do you guarantee rates or earnings?+

No. Freight volume, rates, operating costs, market conditions, and carrier performance vary. Texas Solutions does not guarantee any specific load volume, rate, revenue, or earnings.

Will I be forced to accept loads?+

No. You remain in control of your business and decide whether a load, lane, and rate work for you.

What equipment do you dispatch?+

Dry van, reefer, flatbed, step deck, power only, hotshot, box truck and straight truck. Tell us what you run and we will search lanes that match it.

What documents do you need to onboard?+

Typically your MC authority, W-9, certificate of insurance and a notice of assignment if you factor. You can upload them with your application or send them after your first call.

Is there a long-term contract?+

No. The dispatch agreement sets the service terms and the percentage, and the notice period for ending service is stated in that agreement.

What does a truck dispatcher do?+

A truck dispatcher searches load boards and broker networks for freight that fits your truck, negotiates the rate with the broker, confirms the load with you, handles broker setup paperwork and keeps rate confirmations and dispatch details organized, so you can spend your time driving.

Is Texas Solutions a freight broker?+

No. Texas Solutions is a truck dispatch service that works for the carrier. We are not a motor carrier or a freight broker. Loads are booked under your own authority, and you approve every load before it is booked.

Which states do you dispatch in?+

Texas Solutions supports owner-operators and small fleets throughout the United States. Tell us your home base, preferred lanes and home-time needs and we search freight that fits them.

Can I choose my own lanes and home time?+

Yes. You tell us your preferred lanes, destination markets and home-time schedule, and we search around them. You decide which loads, lanes and rates work for your business.

How do I start working with a truck dispatcher?+

Apply online or call (838) 910-3147. We review your authority, equipment and lanes, explain the dispatch agreement, collect your carrier documents, and then start searching loads for your truck.

NO CONTRACTS. NO FORCED LOADS.
